| Various "out of
space" effects from stars to radar or hyperspace, based on
movement and rotation of circles.
Displaying effect
Circles will be formed and displayed around defined X and
Y center of the page. Each frame circles will be zoomed out,
and zoom speed will increase gradually from the 'Speed from'
to the 'Speed to' value. When circle radius exceeds the distance
from the center to the page border, the movement starts over
with zero radius.
Speed settings
The difference between Speed values will create the velocity
for zooming and give a 3D feeling for the whole movement.
Additional rotation can be added to zooming by defining Angle
speed. Each frame circle will be rotated by defined Angle,
like in a vortex.
Displaying points
Each circle formed by defined amount of points. They may
be distributed along specified part of circle perimeter by
defining Angle from - to values (in degrees). So 0 - 360 values
will create a normal circle, 0 - 180 half a circle etc. If
both values equal to zero points will be placed along perimeter
in random order.
Effect delay
The delay variable will set the delay in the effect engine
(in milliseconds). You can lower it to produce smoother animation,
however try to keep it reasonable high to consume low CPU
power.
Limited Compatibility
Note that this effect has limited compatibility! The effect
works on the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 4
Internet Explorer 5
Internet Explorer 5.5 (or later)
Netscape 4.5
Netscape 6 (or later)
