This effect is for displaying the current time
anywhere on the web page.
X and Y offset
X and Y offset (in percent from actual window width and height)
will set the placement of the displayed clock. Please note
that clocks will display the visitor's local time (the time
in the visitors local computer).
Limited Compatibility
Note that this effect has limited compatibility! The effect
works on the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 5
Internet Explorer 5.5 (or later)
Opera 5.12 (or later)
Netscape 6 (or later)
