will be displayed as defined amount of fragments which will
move around back and forth of mouse cusrsor based on its movement
(compatible with NE4+, IE4+, Opera5+).
Pointers displaying
On mouse move effect radius will be increased by defined
step. When mouse stopped radius will begin to decrease on
defined step after each animation delay. So image fragments
will move back and forth from mouse pointer position. Please
note that radius forced to be equal or greater Radius From
value and also forced to be equal of less Radius To value.
Originally effect was inspired by movement of lens in old
cameras, but you can set animation type to produce different
looking movement based on original one.
