Menu displaying
Defined menu items aligned automatically to water meter
images of specified size. Once mouse pointer rolled over menu
item, water meter animation starts and item text and its background
switched to highlight colors. If mouse clicked then related
page will be opened in specified target window (for html links)
or loaded into menu area (for swf links).
