With this effect message characters will be zoomed on mouseover
or one-by-one. It has the following features:

can set separately X and Y zoom speed and limit.

can choose between one-by-one or mouseover mode.

can set initial and final colors to display text.

can set custom sound effect that can be played on effect invocation.
