One-level menu positioned vertically or horizontally with
fading effect on mouse rollout and rollover (plain transition
in NE6.x, NE4.x and Opera5). It has the following features:

can set the menu width.

can set the direction, font face, height and align of menu
items.

can set background and text colors both for rollover and rollout.

can set spacing between items as well as fading duration.
