Menu items will be preceded by defined icons. On mouse over
icons, text color of each item and background will be changed
to specified values. (compatible with NE6.x, IE4+, Opera5+,
partially NE4.x - only icon change). It has the following
features:

can set the "on" and "off" icon sets and item text colors.
You
can get the vertical or horizontal menu.
You
can set the font size and face.
You
can specify the target window for opening URLs.
